DDS Network Private Limited, doing business as My Dental Recruiter (“Company”) provides recruitment services to dental practices. By engaging our services, you agree to the following policies regarding returns, refunds, and cancellations
All submission fees charged for candidate referrals or interviews are non-refundable, regardless of the outcome of the interview or hiring process.
Once a candidate submission is made, and the Client does not contest the submission in writing within 48 hours of receipt, the service will be deemed delivered and cannot be canceled. The submission fee will be payable in full.
If the Client proceeds to hire the referred candidate, the applicable placement fee will also be payable.
All placement fees charged upon a referred candidate’s acceptance of a job offer are non-refundable, regardless of the duration of the candidate’s employment.
Once a submission or placement fee is charged, cancellations are not permitted as the service is considered delivered upon candidate submission or placement confirmation.
The Company does not issue refunds except in the case of a duplicate payment error. In such cases, please contact us within 5 business days of the transaction at sagar@mydentalrecruiter.com for assistance.
Clients must inform the Company in writing within 48 hours of receiving a candidate submission if they believe the candidate does not meet the agreed-upon criteria or has been previously engaged with the Client as outlined in the Terms and Conditions. Failure to contest within this timeframe will result in the submission fee being payable, and the submission cannot be canceled.
